Terms of Service
These draft terms describe access to and use of GrowthTally. Verified operator details will be inserted before paid service begins.
Testing release. Paid subscriptions are disabled. Policies remain draft until operator details, support contact and billing arrangements are finalized.
1. The service
GrowthTally automatically checks and records exposed aggregate social-account metrics through configured collection sources. Data may be delayed, unavailable, corrected, or removed when platforms change access, profiles become private, or technical issues occur. We do not guarantee growth, revenue, campaign results, or continuous coverage.
2. Acceptable use
You may only track accounts and use reports lawfully. You may not bypass platform controls, misrepresent data, resell access without permission, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use GrowthTally to harass, surveil, or discriminate.
3. Accounts and billing
You are responsible for account security and accurate billing information. Paid plans will renew monthly until canceled after billing launches. Prices and material plan changes will be disclosed before they take effect. Taxes may apply. No live checkout is currently enabled.
4. Ownership
You retain rights in information you submit. GrowthTally and its software, design, and branding remain ours. You receive a limited right to use the service while your account is active.
5. Liability and termination
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend accounts for serious misuse or nonpayment. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid during the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.
