This policy explains what GrowthTally collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Testing release. Paid subscriptions are disabled. Policies remain draft until operator details, support contact and billing arrangements are finalized.
Information we collect
We collect account identifiers, contact details, workspace settings, billing status from our payment provider, support messages, the handles you choose to track, and exposed aggregate profile metrics such as follower counts and timestamps. We also collect basic security and usage logs. Normal users are never asked for passwords to tracked social accounts.
How we use information
We use information to keep profile metrics current, create historical analytics and reports, maintain accounts, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, communicate about the service, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or follower data.
Service providers and retention
We may use vetted hosting, analytics, support, email, data, and payment vendors acting on our instructions. We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward for legal, security, and billing needs. Public metric history may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing the support contact (not configured yet). Applicable rights depend on your location. You can opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time.
Security and international use
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Data may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate contractual protections where required.
